You feel the call to be an intentional parent.
But it doesn’t feel easy.
In fact, it feels like the job of a lifetime where the stakes are high and the outcome matters so very much.
And yet most of us feel like we’re floundering or falling short. (Natural and easy to do, actually.)
But what if you had the tools you needed to cultivate that natural, intuitive leader you have inside of you?
LEAD is a course designed just for parents to help you gain the tools you need to be successful in your most important God-given role as the leader in your own home.
Dear Intentional Parent,
I don’t have to tell you how important your job is. You get it. When you look into the eyes of your children, you see the uniqueness, the potential, the greatness in each of them. And if you’re anything like me, you hope that what you do will help draw out that greatness instead of the opposite.
Because let’s face it, there is not a perfect parent anywhere on this earth. And even if you do (by a miracle) have it figured out with one child in one phase of life – that certainly doesn’t mean any other child or phase of life (even with the same child) will follow suit! The uniqueness of each individual guarantees that.
So what’s an intentional parent to do?
As the mother and home educator of my six children, I have pondered that very question many times. And here’s what I think in a nutshell:
Every situation is indeed unique, and the application of good principles will vary depending on the child and situation. But the principles don’t change.
There are foundational ideas that have changed my parenting, principles that guide my decisions and the way I parent. These foundational ideas or principles can help each of us more confidently lead in our families.
In this course, I’m sharing those foundational ideas. I’ll also share my personal application of these ideas. These have really worked for me as I’ve mentored my own children and others’ children, but you absolutely have permission to apply them differently than I do.
These foundational principles work. As I’ve researched, studied, learned and applied, my family has become stronger. Not perfect. (And that’s not only up to me anyway, since in my family we have 8 unique individuals learning and growing together. So I guess I should own my part in this equation: I’m not perfect.) But I have been able to face things head on in a way that feels good and right. (And give myself grace and permission to apologize when I fall short.)
I would love to share what I’ve learned with you. I would love to help you grow and develop your own intuition. You’ve definitely got it in you. No doubt.
This parenting thing is quite the journey. The worth-it, heart-wrenching, building kind of journey.
Here’s to you for seeking to do it well.
xoxo,
Kenna

Contribute in your own unique way.
Lead Your Family
See and draw out the greatness of each family member.
Understand how validation, respect and love can transform a relationship.
Use mentor meetings/interviews/check-ins effectively.
Lead in Your Home
Organize your schedules, routines, and flows in a way that puts the important things first.
Recognize the seasonal flow of the year that influences life in your home. Let this influence your monthly, weekly and daily flows as well.
Manage your home and time instead of those things managing you.
What if…
you knew how to balance your needs and the needs of your family?
you could make decisions from a centered place of wellness?
you did your part to create a home environment where your children could thrive?
your home was a place seeking unity, providing a safe spot for all who live there?
How would that feel to you?
I absolutely believe you already have it in you to create that kind of culture for your family.
You have the intuition you need for this. And this course will help you with the tools.
Will you join me?
